Bonus buy: when buying the feature makes sense
Paying 100x your bet to skip straight to free spins — smart move or expensive shortcut?

Many modern slots let you buy the bonus round directly, usually for 70x to 200x your stake. It's popular with streamers because it skips the boring part.
RTP is often slightly different
Check the help screen: bonus buys often have their own RTP, sometimes a little higher than the base game, sometimes lower. If it's higher, buying can actually be the better-value way to play that game.
Volatility goes through the roof
One bonus can pay 20x or 2,000x. With a €100 bankroll and €1 stake, a 100x buy uses your entire budget in one click.
Rule of thumb: only use bonus buy if your bankroll covers at least 10–15 buys at your chosen stake.
Where it's banned
The UK and several other regulated markets don't allow bonus buys at all, so you won't see the option there.
